1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of pass608.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13; if you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.
3. What you are buying
A free tier and two one-time purchases are offered: Core + Type II and Universal, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase grants a single person lifetime access to the tier bought, including future updates to that tier, for as long as the Service operates.
4. Refunds
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to each charge. Request it by replying to your receipt or writing to [email protected] within 7 days of that charge. A full refund ends access purchased by that charge. If an upgrade charge is refunded while the original Core + Type II charge remains, Core + Type II access remains. If the Core + Type II charge is refunded after an upgrade, all paid access ends. There is no pass guarantee. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right where it applies.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or publish your account or the paid content.
- Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute our items, solutions, or guides.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or to help anyone breach exam-day rules.
6. Intellectual property
All items, worked solutions, written content, branding, and code are owned by Pass608.com and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use them to study. References to EPA, Section 608 and certifying programs are descriptive only and imply no endorsement.
7. No affiliation
Pass608 is an independent study tool; not affiliated with the U.S. EPA or any certifying organization. We do not certify anyone or issue cards. Every practice question is original and written to EPA's published test topics; no question is taken from an exam or EPA's question bank.
8. Practice results
The Service is provided "as is". Practice results are not predictions of an exam result. We make no promise about your result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. You may close your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
11. Governing law
The Service is operated by Pass608.com, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by Wyoming law, with venue in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users by email before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
