The A2L/A3 set
EPA 608 exam update: ESCO Institute now offers a 2026 version of the EPA exam alongside the 2018 version. ACHR News reported on September 19, 2026 that exams from the previous question bank can be given only through January 1, 2027, and that the new bank expands general-knowledge questions on A2L and A3 refrigerants. EPA had not posted the change on its own pages when we last checked (2026-10-12). Practise the A2L/A3 set now.
Reported cut-over: exams from the old question bank can be given only through January 1, 2027 (ACHR News, Sept 19, 2026). EPA has not posted it yet.
